It's hard to tell from this photo, but it was actually marginally windy yesterday at Fishermans. Chris, Roger and I had a fun kite and tacked out to Makaha for a few waves then did a run back to South Narrabeen and rode waves back to Fishermans for an hour or so. A few tense minutes when Roger ditched his kite at Makaha and had a few dramas getting it to relaunch, but eventually it all came good. Chris's new Griffin 2010 12m kite that I was borrowing was fantastic. Amazing bottom end and very nice turning ability.
